1. What do I do if I don’t want to place my order online?

If you would rather talk to us directly to place your order, you can phone our team of trained advisors on 01782 330800. Simply call any time between 9am - 6pm 5 days a week. Alternatively, come and visit us at Glassdiningtables.co.uk

2. How can I pay for my purchases?

We accept most forms of payment. The easiest method is to use our fully automated online credit card processing system. If you do not want to use your credit/debit card on the internet, we can also process credit card payments over the phone; please call 01782 330800 with the product details and have your card details to hand. 


3. How secure are my credit/debit card details?

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption. 


4. How long will delivery take on my order? 

Each product on our website is delivered approxmiately 5 to 10 working days depending on your post code - Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a call from our 2 man delivery service to arrange a delivery. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

You will be contacted prior to your delivery to arrange a convenient delivery time. 

We provide a two-man delivery service using our company vans. 



6. Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?
